Organized Retail Crime Roundtable

I attended the Organized Retail Crime roundtable hosted by Attorney General Jason Miyares. Organized retail crime equates to about 1.3 billion in losses to retail businesses resulting in an $80 million loss in tax revenue.

The solution is to lower the threshold for a felony, enforce the current laws, and prosecute criminals when they are arrested.
