HealthCare Bootcamp & Commision to End Hunger

Although we are not in Session, the work in Richmond continues as I attended the Health and Human Service Committee's Health Care Boot Camp where we discussed issues regarding Medicaid, workforce initiatives, the health insurance marketplace, substance abuse, and mental illness.

Then I attended the Commission to End Hunger where we are beginning to develop our two-year action plan for ending hunger in the Commonwealth.
